The Deputy Principal – Administration provides leadership in the College's administrative functions and ensures that institutional operations run efficiently and effectively.

The office coordinates administrative services, human resource matters, infrastructure, security, support services and other institutional resources while promoting a professional, safe and conducive environment for both trainees and staff.

The Deputy Principal – Academic provides leadership and oversight of academic and training programmes at the College. The office coordinates curriculum implementation, teaching and learning, assessment, academic quality, trainer performance and continuous improvement.

The office works closely with Heads of Departments and trainers to ensure that trainees receive quality, competency-based and industry-relevant training that meets national TVET standards.

The Registrar is responsible for the coordination and management of trainee records and registry services throughout the trainee journey, from admission and registration to completion.

The office oversees admissions, trainee records, registration, examination-related documentation, certification processes, correspondence and maintenance of accurate and secure academic records.

The Dean of Trainees provides leadership and support in matters relating to trainee welfare, discipline, guidance and student life. The office works to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every trainee can learn, grow and achieve their full potential.

The Dean coordinates trainee activities, welfare programmes, discipline, counselling and engagement while promoting responsible citizenship, leadership, integrity and positive institutional values.

The Finance Officer oversees the financial management and control functions of the College, ensuring that financial resources are managed responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

The office supports budgeting, revenue management, expenditure control, financial reporting, payments, financial records and accountability, contributing to the effective delivery of the College's programmes and services.
