Applying for a course
All applications are made online through the official application portal at apply.langatatvc.ac.ke. Choose your course there, create an account and submit your application. This website does not accept applications.
No. This website is for course information, enquiries, feedback and complaints. Clicking Apply now anywhere on this site opens the official portal in a new tab.
No. A course enquiry lets you ask questions (fees, requirements, intakes, duration). It does not reserve a place or count as an application. When you are ready, apply on the official portal.
Open the course in our course directory. Each course page lists the level, duration, mode of study and entry requirements where available. For anything not listed, send a course enquiry.
Feedback and complaints
Yes. Tick the anonymous option on the form and leave your contact details blank. We will still act on it, but we cannot reply to you or send updates, and you can only track it with the reference number.
You receive a reference number (for example LTV-CMP-2026-000123). The complaint is reviewed, assigned to the responsible department and given a response deadline based on its priority. See how it works for our response times.
Use the Track my complaint page with your reference number and the phone number or email you used when submitting. Only the reference holder can see progress.
Only authorised college staff handling your submission. Access is restricted by role and department, and every access to records is logged. Read our privacy notice.
