Culinary Arts Level 3 equips trainees with practical skills in food preparation, cooking, kitchen hygiene, food safety, basic baking, and beverage service. Trainees learn to use kitchen equipment safely and prepare a variety of quality meals while maintaining professional standards.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can work as Kitchen Assistants, Commis Chefs, Food Production Assistants, Catering Assistants, Bakery Assistants, or start their own catering and food business.
Entry requirements
Level 3 - Proficiency
Any one of:
Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE)
Junior Secondary Education
completion of KNQF level 2.
