Culinary Arts Level 4 develops practical skills in food preparation, cooking, baking, food presentation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety. Trainees learn to prepare a variety of dishes, use professional kitchen equipment, and maintain quality standards in food production and service.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can work as Commis Chefs, Cooks, Catering Assistants, Bakery Assistants, Food Production Assistants, or start their own catering, bakery, or food business.
Entry requirements
Level 4 - Artisan
Any one of:
KCSE mean grade E
a level 3 certificate
an equivalent qualification as determined by the relevant regulatory body.
