This course equips trainees with advanced skills in strategic procurement, supply chain planning, contract management, supplier relationship management, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, and procurement data analysis. Learners develop competencies in preparing procurement plans, conducting supplier evaluations, managing tendering processes, negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Entry requirements
Level 6 - Diploma
Any one of:
KCSE mean grade C- (minus)
completion of a related KNQF level 5 course
