Electrical Engineering Level 6 provides advanced skills in electrical systems design, installation, maintenance, testing, control systems, electrical machines, and industrial power systems. Trainees develop the ability to diagnose complex electrical faults, supervise installations, interpret technical drawings, and apply electrical standards and safety practices.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can work as Electrical Technicians, Senior Electrical Technicians, Electrical Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, Industrial Electrical Technicians, Project Assistants, or pursue self-employment and further studies in Electrical Engineering.
Entry requirements
Level 6 - Diploma
Any one of:
KCSE mean grade C- (minus)
completion of a related KNQF level 5 course
an equivalent qualification as determined by KNQF.
