Health Records and Information Technology Level 5 equips trainees with skills in health records management, data collection, medical coding, information systems, patient registration, and healthcare data management. Trainees learn to manage accurate and confidential health information using both manual and electronic systems.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can work as Health Records and Information Technicians, Medical Records Assistants, Health Information Assistants, Data Clerks, or in hospitals, clinics, health centres, NGOs, and other healthcare institutions.
