This course equips trainees with practical skills in masonry, concrete works, building construction, setting out, building materials, interpretation of construction drawings, and basic site supervision. Learners develop competencies in constructing walls, preparing foundations, carrying out plastering, estimating basic construction materials, and applying building safety standards.

Entry requirements
Level 4 - Artisan
Any one of:
KCSE mean grade E
a level 3 certificate
an equivalent qualification as determined by the relevant regulatory body.
