This course equips trainees with advanced practical skills in building construction, masonry, reinforced concrete works, structural components, construction drawing interpretation, building materials estimation, and site supervision. Learners develop competencies in coordinating construction activities, interpreting technical drawings, assessing material requirements, monitoring workmanship, and ensuring compliance with construction safety and quality standards.

Entry requirements
Level 5 - Craft Certificate
Any one of:
KCSE mean grade D (plain)
completion of a KNQF level 4 certificate or related course
an equivalent qualification as determined by KNQF.
